Having been raised in the south Jimmy Loftis was raised listening to country music and was inspired by country music artists like Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt and Randy Travis. "As a kid I would just sit and listen to Garth and Travis, close my eyes and imagine myself standing right next to them on the big stage" says the South Carolina based musician. "I can sing anything! But country music is where my heart and soul is" says Loftis, whose first choice in music is always returning to his roots in country music.
Jimmy believes that the secret to a happy life is doing what you love and loving what you do. "I simply just love to sing, make music and bring joy to peoples lives by using the gift that God has given me" says South Carolina native. Jimmy is a husband and a father to 4 beautiful children and is the youngest of 6 kids. Jimmy was raised on the foundations of hard work, dedication, patriotism, family, and believe that one can achieve anything they put their mind to. In 2009 Jimmy joined the United States Army Reserves where he has served two tours overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Jimmy has spent the past several months in the studio at Stryker Productions recording, remixing, and watching his first single "Anymore" come to life. The classic country hit was originally written and released by Travis Tritt in 1991. "I have always loved this song, but after serving in the military myself it especially hit home and took up a whole new meaning. It's simply a privilege to be able to record this song" says Jimmy who is excited for it's release in August of 2019.
